A man was apprehended after he attempted to jump off a three-story building in Chalan Kanoa yesterday.<\/p>\n

He was identified at the scene as Jordan Tudela. Witnesses at the scene said he is a former Department of Corrections officer. A reader insists he is not a former DOC officer but a former inmate.
