Naraja last Oct. 4. Assistant attorney general Jonathan Robert Glass represented the government, according to court documents.<\/p>\n<p>Banes waived the reading of the charge and pleaded not guilty. <\/p>\n<p>As of press time, Saipan Tribune was awaiting comments from the lawyer.<\/p>\n<p>Naraja set a status conference for Dec. 6 at 1:30pm.<\/p>\n<p>Reckless driving is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of $1,000 or six months imprisonment or both.<\/p>\n<p>It was Police Officer L. Lizama who issued the citation last Sept. 3.
