It will reopen on Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2019 for regular hours. The Joeten-Kiyu Public Library\u2019s hours of operation are as follows: Tuesday-Friday, 10am-6pm, Saturday, 9am-4pm, and closed Sundays, Mondays and holidays. <strong>(PR)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Saipan beach red-flagged<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Division of Environmental Quality has red-flagged Dai-Ichi AI- (Fiesta Resort &amp; Spa Saipan) hotel and is advising the public not to fish or swim within 300 feet of this location for the next 48 hours or until otherwise notified. <\/p>\n<p>Samples collected from this location contained excessive concentrations of fecal indicator bacteria (enterococci) that exceeded the CNMI Marine Water Quality Standards. These bacteria can indicate the presence of human and animal waste in the water. <\/p>\n<p>DEQ analyzes water samples collected from Saipan\u2019s recreational beaches and storm drainage every Tuesday.
