{"id":292057,"date":"2019-01-18T06:00:31","date_gmt":"2019-01-17T20:00:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=292057"},"modified":"2019-01-18T06:00:31","modified_gmt":"2019-01-17T20:00:31","slug":"1-week-left-to-register-with-fema","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/1-week-left-to-register-with-fema\/","title":{"rendered":"1 week left to register with FEMA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Residents of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands have one week left to register for federal disaster assistance for damage from Typhoon Mangkhut and Super Typhoon Yutu. <\/p>\n<p>The deadline to register with FEMA is Jan. 27, 2019. <\/p>\n<p>A FEMA registration has a nine-digit number. If you do not have the nine-digit number, you are not registered for federal assistance.<br \/>\nThose who suffered impacts to their primary residences and have not registered with FEMA may do so either of three ways:<br \/>\n\u2022 On-line at DisasterAssistance.gov<br \/>\n\u2022 Call the FEMA Helpline at 1- (800) 621-3362<br \/>\n\u2022 Go to the Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) <\/p>\n<p>The DRC located at the Multi-Purpose Center on Beach Road in Susupe, is open 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday, and 10am to 4pm on Saturday.
