It will be held from Feb. 28 to March 9, 2019 at various locations throughout Guam.<\/p>\n<p>The festival includes:<\/p>\n<p>\t\u2022\tChoral festival \u2013 Feb. 28 and March 1<br \/>\n\t\u2022\tSolo and small ensemble festival &#8211; March 2<br \/>\n\t\u2022\tPops concert &#8220;Jazz, Rock, &amp; Beyond&#8221; &#8211; March 3<br \/>\n\t\u2022\tWinds &amp; Strings Festival &#8211; March 4 &amp; 5<br \/>\n\t\u2022\tFinale concert &amp; award ceremony &#8211; March 9<\/p>\n<p>This event is open to musicians and music groups of all ages and experience levels.
