{"id":292545,"date":"2019-01-25T06:00:36","date_gmt":"2019-01-24T20:00:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=292545"},"modified":"2019-01-25T06:00:36","modified_gmt":"2019-01-24T20:00:36","slug":"achieve3000-2018-results-expected-next-month","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/achieve3000-2018-results-expected-next-month\/","title":{"rendered":"Achieve3000 2018 results expected next month"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A nationwide literacy competition usually launched toward the end of the year was ham-pered as recovery efforts followed Super Typhoon Yutu, but according to the Public School System, results might be expected next month.<\/p>\n<p>Acting Education commissioner Jackie Quitugua noted in an interview Wednesday that alt-hough some challenges continue to plague PSS and their students, the Achieve3000 read-ing competition is still ongoing and that results of the competition may be expected within the next month.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have encountered some challenges with power, but options [and extensions] were giv-en\u2026[for] this competition,\u201d Quitugua said. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have yet to see what these results look like and hopefully by next month [we] would be able to see how [the competition] is coming along,\u201d she noted.<\/p>\n<p>The Achieve3000 hosts literacy competitions for all levels of students.
