Wagner of Honolulu conducted the proceedings via videoconference.<\/p>\n<p>Saipan Tribune learned that Wagner continued the hearings on the nine cases to a later date.<\/p>\n<p>One respondent, Elvis Bisela Tibong, a Filipino, came late for the hearing. He told the court he is sick.<\/p>\n<p>The judge determined that Tibong is removable.<\/p>\n<p>Tibong, however, informed the court he is going to appeal. The judge gave him time to file his appeal.<\/p>\n<p>In February 2009, Superior Court associate judge David A. Wiseman ordered Tibong to appear in court for deportation hearing.<\/p>\n<p>Wiseman issued the order after the then CNMI Immigration Division filed a deportation case against Tibong for allegedly overstaying in the Commonwealth for over a year.<\/p>\n<p>According to Superior Court documents, Tibong used to work on Rota then moved to Saipan.
