The bill becomes\u00a0Public Law 20-89.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 House Bill 20-188, HD1, which clarifies laws relating to non-payable traffic offenses. The bill becomes\u00a0Public Law 20-90.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 House Bill 20-13, which designates and establishes Susupe Lake and its surrounding wetland as Susupe Lake Wildlife Park. The bill becomes\u00a0Public Law 20-91.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Senate Bill 20-106, SD1, HD1,\u00a0which establishes a Northern Marianas Technical Institute as a government entity.
