Taisacan, 29, was summoned to appear before the Superior Court last Monday for an arraignment. He pleaded not guilty.<\/p>\n<p>If found guilty, Taisacan faces a maximum sentence of one year and a $1,000 fine. His next hearing is on March 4 at 9am.<\/p>\n<p>According to the allegation, Taisacan took candy bars and drinks having a value of less than $250 from a Shell gas station in Susupe without paying for the items on June 12, 2018.
