Tenorio Multi-Purpose Center on Beach Road in Susupe. The hours of operation of the Disaster Loan Outreach Center are 9am to 6pm, Tuesday through Saturday. The DLOC is closed on Sundays and Mondays.<\/p>\n<p>The emphasis for assistance is to meet the long-term needs of businesses and individuals. <\/p>\n<p>Businesses or individuals unable to visit the DLOC may obtain information by calling SBA\u2019s toll-free number: 1-800-659-2955 (TTY 1-800-877-8339) or visit SBA at\u00a0Disaster Loan Assistance.<\/p>\n<p>Survivors of the typhoons who have registered for assistance with FEMA have easy access to a toll-free helpline that can answer many of their questions.<\/p>\n<p>To access the helpline, call the registration number,\u00a0800-621-FEMA (3362); select language, enter a zip code, and then select option \u201c2\u201d for the helpline.
