Camacho. <\/p>\n<p>When Saipan Tribune left CUC\u2019s conference room at 2pm, the board, led by their chair Miranda V. Manglona, was still in executive session.<\/p>\n<p>At the comment portion of the board\u2019s meeting, Senate vice president Sen. Jude Hofschneider (R-Tinian), CUC deputy director William Gilmore, and several CUC management staff expressed their support for Camacho\u2019s leadership.<\/p>\n<p>Camacho was praised for his \u201cexceptional management, leadership, and communication skills\u201d to move CUC in the right direction, particularly during the recovery efforts from the destructions of super typhoons Soudelor and Yutu.<\/p>\n<p>In February 2017, U.S. District Court for the NMI designated Judge David O.
