{"id":295191,"date":"2019-03-08T06:00:33","date_gmt":"2019-03-07T20:00:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=295191"},"modified":"2019-03-08T06:00:33","modified_gmt":"2019-03-07T20:00:33","slug":"dps-officer-pleads-not-guilty-to-criminal-mischief","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/dps-officer-pleads-not-guilty-to-criminal-mischief\/","title":{"rendered":"DPS officer pleads not guilty to criminal mischief"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A police officer has pleaded not guilty to criminal mischief after being accused of breaking the windows of gaming arcades. <\/p>\n<p>Vinnie Saures Inos Jr., 22, pleaded not guilty to two counts of criminal mischief filed against him by the Commonwealth. <\/p>\n<p>During his arraignment last Monday, Inos was represented by assistant public defendant Jean Nogues; assistant attorney general Robert Glass appeared for the government.<\/p>\n<p>According to police, Inos broke the windows of Orchid and Rainbow poker parlors on Sept. 12, 2018. Inos was arrested shortly after. He posted a $500 bail. He was ordered to appear in court on Sept. 24, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>At the Sept. 24, 2018 hearing, the Office of the Attorney General reportedly failed to file a criminal complaint against Inos so the hearing was rescheduled for Oct. 15, 2018.
