It is the product of a culinary tradition that relied almost exclusively on cooking over an open fire.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Hyatt Regency Saipan is inviting everyone to what it describes as \u201ca good \u2018ol St. Patrick\u2019s Day\u201d dinner this March 17 from 6pm to 9pm. Hyatt will be celebrating Ireland\u2019s world-famous festivity with a dinner buffet at the Kili Caf\u00e9 and Terrace.<br \/>\nIt will feature a \u201chearty and extravagant\u201d Irish dinner buffet alongside a Four-Leaf Clover cocktail available at all the hotel\u2019s bars.<\/p>\n<p>The dinner buffet will feature authentic Irish offerings including Irish stew, house-smoked salmon, lamb chops, and green velvet cake. There will also be steamed black mussel, Irish bread braid, garlic studded leg of lamb, Yorkshire pudding, baked Atlantic salmon, shepherd\u2019s pie, Irish apple and strawberry crumble, shamrock sugar cookies, and Irish bread pudding with whiskey-caramel sauce.<\/p>\n<p>Dinner is inclusive of Miller Lite, Barton &amp; Guestier wine, and free-flowing Irish-inspired Four-Leaf Clover cocktail.<\/p>\n<p>Prices are set at $48 per person.
