The CNMI Superior Court imposed a $10,000 bail for each of the five juveniles who allegedly broke into a home and stole a flat screen television. <\/p>\n
According to Department of Public Safety spokesperson Adrian Pangelinan, Superior Court Associate Judge Joseph Camacho issued on April 2, 2019, the arrest warrants for all five juveniles allegedly involved in a burglary and theft in Garapan, and set a bail of $10,000 for each of them. <\/p>\n
All five have been arrested and are now facing charges of burglary, theft, and conspiracy to commit burglary and theft.<\/p>\n
In a DPS press release, it said that police dispatch received a 911 call on March 26 at around 11:32pm, regarding a possible burglary and theft incident in Garapan. <\/p>\n
The DPS Koban\u2014community police\u2014was immediately dispatched to Phoenix Gardens in Garapan. <\/p>\n
Preliminary investigations revealed that the suspects gained entry into a guest house by forcing a door open and a flat screen TV had been stolen. <\/p>\n
At 2:14am of the same day, officers conducted a follow-up routine check at the guest house and noticed the interior lights were turned on and air-conditioning units were running inside. <\/p>\n
The police officers discovered the five juveniles inside the guest house and arrested them. <\/p>\n
The suspects allegedly confessed to the burglary. <\/p>\n
