{"id":29714,"date":"2014-03-12T08:43:03","date_gmt":"2014-03-12T00:43:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tribune.ctsi-logistics.com\/?p=29714"},"modified":"2014-03-12T08:43:03","modified_gmt":"2014-03-12T00:43:03","slug":"alleged-ice-suppliers-plead-guilty","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/alleged-ice-suppliers-plead-guilty\/","title":{"rendered":"Alleged \u2018ice\u2019 suppliers plead not guilty"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Xing Bo Fang and Yu Hua Wang, the alleged leader and second in command respectively of a group of methamphetamine or \u201cice\u201d suppliers on Saipan, have pleaded not guilty.<br \/>\nAt an arraignment on Monday in federal court, Fang and Wang pleaded not guilty to an indictment charging them with conspiracy to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine and distribution of 50 grams or more of methamphetamine.<\/p>\n<p>Wang also pleaded not guilty to distribution of methamphetamine.<\/p>\n<p>Attorneys David Banes and Robert Torres served as court-appointed counsels respectively for Fang and Wang.<\/p>\n<p>The jury trial will start on May 12, 2014.<\/p>\n<p>The two were remanded into the custody of the U.S. Marshal.<\/p>\n<p>According to the indictment, Fang and Wang conspired with each other and with other persons to distribute 50 grams of more of \u201cice\u201d on Dec. 27, 2013.<\/p>\n<p>Drug Enforcement Administration special agent Jacqueline R.
