Hart in her report to the Board of Regents.<br \/>\nNoel-Levitz is a recognized leader in higher education consulting that is committed to helping institutions meet their goals for enrolment and student success.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe [Office of Institutional Effectiveness] is preparing to contract with Noel-Levitz again this spring 2014 semester to study student retention and satisfaction.
