DoD has a proven horrible history of destroying lands and water systems and leaving them prohibitively uninhabitable by humans.\u00a0\u00a0It\u2019s those places they\u2019ve already destroyed that they should continue to train on, not Pagan and Tinian that can be better used for homesteading and repopulation, agriculture, ecotourism, and more.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
