Pacifica Insurance is offering a $5,000 hole-in-one prize at the 18th Annual HANMI Charity Classic Golf Tournament on May 11, 2019, at Laolao Bay Golf & Resort west course. <\/p>\n
\u201cOn behalf of the staff and management of Pacifica Insurance, I\u2019d like to thank [the Hotel Association of the Northern Mariana Islands] for their charitable efforts and contributions to the hospitality of our islands over the years,\u201d said Pacifica Insurance marketing coordinator Samantha Sikayun. \u201cOur partnership with our hotels is key to ensuring a thriving economy.\u201d <\/p>\n
\u201cWe\u2019d extend a big \u2018thank you\u2019 to Pacifica Insurance for their generous donation for this year\u2019s HANMI Charity Classic Golf Tournament,\u201d said tournament chair Steve Bakarishna. \u201cFive thousand dollars is nice bit of money, and we hope one lucky golfer will hit it this year.\u201d<\/p>\n
Additional hole-in-one prizes include a 2019 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross from Triple J Motors, $20,000 from LT Travel, and $20,000 from Century Tours.<\/p>\n
The tournament is open to the first 144 paid registrants and follows a blackjack double Peoria format. Cash, cars, hotel night stays, and other prizes await the winners. The early bird tournament fee is $100 for those who register by 5pm next Friday, April 26.<\/p>\n
The fee increases to $120 after the early bird deadline. The fee includes green fee and the awards banquet. For an additional $30, players may also compete for optional play prizes, including Accurate Drive on Line (#9), Accurate Drive Circle (#5), Aggressive Drive (#12), Longest Drive (#18), and Nearest to the Pin (#3, #7, #13, #17). <\/p>\n
The tournament will start at 7am, and the awards banquet will be held the same day at 6pm at Grandvrio Resort Saipan.
