A man who allegedly broke into a home in Kagman back in 2018 has pleaded not guilty during his arraignment Monday.<\/p>\n
Julio Litulumar Emangmai, 33, pleaded not guilty to all three charges filed against him by the government. <\/p>\n
Superior Court Associate Judge Wesley Bogdan ordered Emangmai to return on June 3 at 9:30am for a status conference before Presiding Judge Robert Naraja. <\/p>\n
Emangmai is facing multiple charges, including burglary, theft, and criminal mischief, punishable by over five years imprisonment and over $5,000 in fines. <\/p>\n
Emangmai, through his lawyer, waived the reading of his rights and charges, requested the preservation of all his constitutional rights, and requested a case management order from the court to obtain discovery of material warranting the charges against him. <\/p>\n
According to court information, Emangmai stole over $400 worth of items and damaged over $250 worth of property at the home of Cesar Tayang Libut in Kagman last Aug. 2, 2018. <\/p>\n
