On Tuesday, March 4, 2014, Superior Court Associate Judge Teresa Kim-Tenorio signed an arrest warrant for Vincent Daniel Q. Terlaje, 34. The charges include receiving stolen property and illegal possession of a controlled substance crystal methamphetamine. Cash bail has been set for $15,000.<br \/>\nPolice officers have searched for and have been unable to locate Terlaje. His residence and family have been contacted and he is still at large.<\/p>\n<p>Terlaje is described as a Chamorro male, 5\u20194\u201d tall and weighs 120 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes, has a mustache and may have a short goatee, with multiple tattoos.<\/p>\n<p>DPS and Crime Stoppers need your help.
