Camacho said these poles is the first contract in the restoration efforts after Super Typhoon Yutu\u2019s devastation.<\/p>\n<p>He disclosed that all those power poles should be installed on Saipan and Tinian by today\u2019s deadline.<\/p>\n<p>Camacho said there was a lapse of funds from this first contract because, under the original contract, they could not bring all the people and equipment on time.
