The Agape Christian School valedictorian said she wants to travel the world as an English teacher while the school\u2019s salutatorian said he wants to pursue a master\u2019s degree as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

Judy Liang, the school\u2019s Class of 2019 high school valedictorian, and Peter Wang, the high school salutatorian, both eye the Bob Jones University in Greenville, South Carolina to take up English education and mechanical engineering, respectively.<\/p>\n

\u201cI want to travel the world and not stay in only one place,\u201d Liang said in an interview. \u201cI thank God for giving me this chance to study in this school. I am very honored.\u201d<\/p>\n

Liang wants to purse an education degree in English because she experienced teaching piano and English in Sunday school in her home country of China.<\/p>\n

\u201cI believe it is a good career for me, I enjoy being a teacher,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

Wang, on the other hand, wants to pursue a master\u2019s degree immediately after getting a degree in mechanical engineering.
\n\u201cI plan to get my master\u2019s right after college and find a job later,\u201d he said in an interview. <\/p>\n

Wang would be going to the Bob Jones University as well, but he said he has yet to decide on a school for his master\u2019s degree.<\/p>\n

\u201cI like [cars]. I just really like automobiles,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n

\u201cI thank my teachers\u2026and my classmates, all of them. They all helped me and, without them, I won\u2019t be here today,\u201d he said.
\nBoth Liang and Wang had 11 classmates this year.<\/p>\n

For middle school, the valedictorian honors went to Elvira Zhang while the salutatorian honors went to Jason Cao.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
