Tenorio Multi-Purpose Center in Susupe will have 16 booths, treats, a raffle drawing, and live entertainment. The event is from 6pm to 9pm and is free to the public.<\/p>\n<p>The Mommy and Me Fun Night, which the Office of Youth Affairs is holding in recognition of May 2019 being Women\u2019s Health Month, is intended for mothers and their children.<\/p>\n<p>The booths, according to special assistant for the Youth Affairs Office Monique B. Sablan, include Department of Community and Cultural Affairs\u2019 mwar mwar making; CNMI Public School System Head Start program\u2019s crafting and beading; Stellar Marianas\u2019 crown crafting; Joeten-Kiyu Public Library\u2019s CNMI Motheread program bookmark making; Community Guidance Center counseling program coloring and puzzle station; Northern Marianas College\u2019s disk dunk; Chiku Chiku hair accessories\u2019 table raffle; among many more.<\/p>\n<p>There will be raffle drawings throughout the evening with a \u201cspecial prize\u201d for the first 50 children who complete the event passport.<br \/>\nLive entertainment would be provided by Tanapag Middle School, Francis Nogis, Nate Ada, and the Junior Serenaders, to name a few. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe event will focus on learning more about available resources in relation to health, wellness, and self-care from our partnering booths,\u201d Sablan said in a previous statement, adding that the event is open to all mothers, mother figures, and children of all ages.<\/p>\n<p>The Youth Affairs Office coordinated the event with the Commonwealth Health Care Corp.\u2019s Maternal and Child Health Bureau.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Mommy and Me Fun Night tomorrow evening at the Pedro P.
