(Reica Ramirez)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>After three months of renovation, Serenity Salon and Spa has reopened on the second floor of Dollar Days in Garapan. <\/p>\n<p>During the recovery following Super Typhoon Yutu, the beauty parlor\u2019s manager, Nenita Ta, set up a small temporary place next to Dollar Days.<\/p>\n<p>Ta expressed gratitude to her \u201csupportive customers\u201d for their patience throughout the renovation process. The reopening last Sunday was not only a \u201cgrand opening but an appreciation to [the] customers.\u201d Ta provided giveaways and tokens of appreciation to her valued customers. <\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_301253\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-301253\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Serenity-pix-1-300x202.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"202\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-301253\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-301253\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">New, modern massage chairs for pedicures inside Serenity Salon and Spa. (Reica Ramirez)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Ta was also thankful for her staff\u2019s hard work and dedication.<\/p>\n<p>Ta\u2019s daughter, Mulan, will soon take over her mother\u2019s managerial role. Mulan worked at a salon in the U.S. mainland and was inspired to \u201cupdate and modernize\u201d Serenity Salon and Spa. <\/p>\n<p>Mulan hopes that the customers will feel \u201ccomfortable and relaxed\u201d in their new place. <\/p>\n<p>Serenity Salon and Spa first opened on Saipan about 13 years ago. <\/p>\n<p>The salon is open every day from 10am to 7pm.
