(Erwin Encinares)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>A total of 66 students hailing from Kagman\u2019s Chacha Ocean View Middle School head to high school as they were promoted last June 12.<\/p>\n<p>Led by valedictorian Kiyokazu S. Gonzales and salutatorian Richard Lacson, the 66 students graduated at the COVMS campus cafeteria.
