A long-time public school educator has joined the Commonwealth Healthcare Corp. as resident director for the Rota Health Center.
\nVanessa Q. Hocog is a former principal of the Sinapalo Elementary School. On Feb. 10 this year, she was hired for the Rota clinic\u2019s top position, which had been vacated by resident director Sydie Taisacan.<\/p>\n
Hocog worked for the Public School System for more than 10 years until she left the agency in early 2013.<\/p>\n
Hocog confirmed her new appointment with Saipan Tribune yesterday.<\/p>\n
Rota Health Center has 46 personnel including 19 medical staff; 12 administrative, housekeeping and maintenance personnel; seven business office employees; and nine assigned to various divisions.<\/p>\n
When asked about her priorities as the health center\u2019s chief, Hocog said they will continue to provide the best quality care for all RHC clients.<\/p>\n
She assured that her leadership will continue to be effective and efficient in the delivery of healthcare services, will be transparent, and will have a positive and supportive work environment for all staff.<\/p>\n
Hocog told Saipan Tribune that she shared these goals and objectives with the RHC staff during her first day of work.<\/p>\n
