{"id":306318,"date":"2019-08-20T06:00:51","date_gmt":"2019-08-19T20:00:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=306318"},"modified":"2019-08-20T06:00:51","modified_gmt":"2019-08-19T20:00:51","slug":"man-pleads-not-guilty-of-domestic-violence","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/man-pleads-not-guilty-of-domestic-violence\/","title":{"rendered":"Man pleads not guilty of domestic violence"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A man who is accused of domestic violence has pleaded not guilty in Superior Court. <\/p>\n<p>Peter John Aldan Blas, 29, who is charged with one count of domestic violence-disturbing the peace for an altercation that erupted between him and member of his household pleaded not guilty before Superior Court Presiding Judge Robert Naraja. <\/p>\n<p>Blas, through Chief Public Defender Douglas Hartig, waived the formal reading of the charges against him and requested for a bail modification hearing. <\/p>\n<p>Naraja accepted the plea and scheduled Blas to return for bail modification today.
