(PR)<\/p>\n<p>Military training at Farallon de Medinilla<\/p>\n<p>ASAN, Guam\u2014The U.S. Air Force will conduct training at the island of Farallon de Medinilla during the following dates and times:<\/p>\n<p>Aug. 26: From 8:30am to 11:59pm<br \/>\nAug. 27 and 29: From 12am to 12:30am and 10:30am to 2:30pm.<br \/>\nAug. 28: From 10:30am to 2:30pm and 8:30pm to 11:59pm<br \/>\nAug. 30: From 8:30pm to 11:59pm<br \/>\nAug. 31: From 12am to 12:30am<\/p>\n<p>This training supports aircrew combat readiness and is critical to developing the skills needed to respond to operational missions throughout the region to ensure a stable, free, and open Indo-Pacific.<\/p>\n<p>The general location of the training on the island of Farallon de Medinilla will be within a 12-nautical-mile radius of the island.<\/p>\n<p>It is recommended the public, fishermen, and marine tour operators monitor the Coast Guard broadcast notice to mariners for advisories. (PR)<\/p>\n<p>More Guam tax refunds out<\/p>\n<p>HAGAT\u00d1A, Guam\u2014The Guam government\u2019s Department of Revenue and Taxation and Department of Administration will mail today, Aug. 26, 944 tax refund checks totaling approximately $2.6 million, including refunds garnished to repay government debts, for error-free returns filed on or before Feb. 18, 2019. <\/p>\n<p>For inquiries, contact the Income Tax Branch, Department of Revenue and Taxation at 635-1840 or Director Edward Birn, Department of Administration at 475-1250. (PR)<\/p>\n<p>Club 200 theme is Latin Nights<\/p>\n<p>The 30th American Red Cross Club 200 fundraising dinner is scheduled for Oct. 12, a Saturday, at the Fiesta Resort &amp; Spa Saipan. This year\u2019s theme will be \u201cLatin Nights\u201d and feature d\u00e9cor, dancing, costumes and food from throughout Latin America. There will be salsa dancing and costume contests, pi\u00f1ata special prizes, and lots of door prizes. Support the Red Cross humanitarian work by purchasing tickets. Tickets are $100 each or $150 for VIP and available from ticket sellers or by calling the Red Cross office at 234-3459.
