(Contributed Photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Docomo Pacific hammered Gilas Batang 92-68, in last Friday\u2019s game in the 2019 One Pacific Promotional Basketball League at the Civic Center Court in Susupe.<\/p>\n<p>Docomo Pacific demolished Gilas Batang by starting out strong and finishing the game even stronger. <\/p>\n<p>Right at the get-go, Docomo Pacific came out hot, firing 32 points in the first quarter for an early double-digit spread. Shane Deleon Guerrero led Docomo\u2019s jackrabbit start, as he scored 17 points, while Tony Diaz added 7 to lift their team to a 31-17 advantage.<\/p>\n<p>Gilas Batang, after being left in the dust in the opening quarter, made an effort to catch up with Docomo Pacific in the second frame. However,  Batang Gilas had little success, as Docomo was still in front at the halftime break, 46-34.<\/p>\n<p>When the game resumed, both teams struggled in the third period, allowing Docomo to keep the wide gap, 59-46. Then in the fourth canto, Docomo finished off Gilas Batang by exploding for 33 points.<\/p>\n<p>Diaz had 10 points in the final period and top-scored for Docomo Pacific with his 27 markers. Deleon Guerrero chipped in 22. Dick Tibayan had 16 for Gilas Batang, which has yet to win a game after six matches.
