Samuel left Saipan for Alaska a couple of years ago when Berrocal shuttered Roque’s Tavern.

“I’m excited to welcome these two new chefs to the fold. Expect bigger and better things at Infino with the addition of these two world-class chefs,” said Berrocal.

And that’s not all: The Garapan restaurant just introduced pasta and burger stations to complement its daily buffet lunch.

The patties at the burger station are freshly made and grilled on the spot with your choice of veggies and condiments, while customers can choose sauces like pesto, marinara, and alfredo and toppings of chicken, shrimp, or spinach for its pasta.

“We needed to up our game if we are to attract more customers at our lunch buffet so we decided to add the burger and pasta live stations to our daily offerings,” said Berrocal.

Infino’s lunch buffet is from Monday to Saturday, 11:30am to 2pm, and costs $12. Sunday buffet is also at the same time but slightly higher at $16.

Infino is located beside QQ Rent-A-Car in Garapan and managed by Yaya Luan.
