Quichocho, his wife Frances, his law firm, and their Karissa LLC company.\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\nSaipan Tribune learned that one juror got into a car accident and failed to show up for the jury\u2019s supposed fourth day of deliberations yesterday in the U.S. District Court for the NMI.<\/p>\n<p>Chief Judge Ramona V. Manglona met with the parties\u2019 counsels at 8am to see if they could continue the deliberations with or without one juror.<\/p>\n<p>The eight jurors were not allowed to deliberate and were later excused for the day when it was clear that one juror could not make it to the court.<\/p>\n<p>Attorney Robert T. Torres, counsel for Kim, said he has no details about the accident.<br \/>\nThe incident involving one juror is among of a few unexpected events that caused the trial to drag on. Recently, Frances fainted and was taken by an ambulance to the hospital shortly before the continuation of her cross-examination.
