Tickets now on sale for Club 200<\/p>\n
The American Red Cross-Northern Mariana Islands Chapter will be hosting the Club 200 fundraiser on the evening of Oct. 12, at the Fiesta Resort & Spa Saipan.<\/p>\n
The theme this year is Latin Nights with hot \u2018n\u2019 spicy salsa music and dance right on the beach.\u00a0 Door prizes will be up grabs. The grand prize is a 2019 Toyota RAV4.\u00a0 For the first time, pinatas will give party-goers a chance to capture other prizes.\u00a0\u00a0 The dance contest is expected to especially pika.\u00a0 The costume contest is yet another prize-worthy addition to the program.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Tickets are on sale now for $100 each, $150 for VIP reserved seats, and extra-caliente swag. Tickets are available at Joeten stores, Red Cross board members, or at the chapter office near the airport.\u00a0 For additional information, call 234-3459. (PR)<\/p>\n
Kagman schools\u2019 PTSA meeting set<\/p>\n
The Kagman Unified Schools will be having a Parents Teachers Students Association meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2019, at 5:30pm in the Chacha Ocean View Middle School cafeteria. All parents and guardians are encouraged to attend this meeting. Child care will be provided. Guam CHamoru commission meetings set<\/p>\n
The\u00a0Kumisi\u00f3n i Fino\u2019 CHamoru yan i Fina\u2019n\u00e5\u2019guen i Historia yan i Lina\u2019la\u2019 i Taotao T\u00e5no\u2019\u00a0(Commission on CHamoru Language and the Teaching of the History\u00a0and Culture of the Indigenous People of Guam)\u00a0will hold its September and October monthly meetings on Sept. 19, 2019, at the Department of Parks and Recreation conference room in Hag\u00e5t\u00f1a, and on Sept. 26, 2019, at the Multi-Purpose Room\u00a0at the Guam Museum in Hag\u00e5t\u00f1a. The October meetings will be on Oct. 10 and 24, 2019, at the Department of Parks and Recreation conference room in Hag\u00e5t\u00f1a. A work session is also scheduled for Oct. 17, 2019, at the DPR conference room. All work session and meetings are on Thursdays from 12:30pm to 3pm.<\/p>\n
