SANTA RITA, Guam\u2014The U.S. Navy will conduct open-ocean exercises within a 10-nautical-mile radius of the coordinates 13\u02da26”N\/145\u02da08”E and 13\u02da42”N\/144\u02da36”E during the following dates and times:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022\tFrom 6pm-10pm, Sept. 16<\/p>\n
\u2022\tFrom 2pm-7pm, Sept. 17<\/p>\n
\u2022\tFrom 6pm-11:55pm, Sept. 18<\/p>\n
Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron 25 will conduct training from 11am to 11:55pm, Sept. 16-19, at the Dandan-Malojloj training site in Inarajan.\u00a0<\/p>\n
HSC-25 will also conduct training from 8-11:55pm, Sept. 18, at Radio Barrigada.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Residents in surrounding areas should not be alarmed if they see or hear increased activity associated with the training. The public should be advised that routine helicopter training often accompanied with the use of blanks can occur during these trainings.<\/p>\n
The Navy will conduct training at Warning Area 517 during the following dates and times:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022\tFrom noon to 7pm, Sept. 17 and Sept. 19<\/p>\n
\u2022\tFrom 3pm-6pm, Sept. 20<\/p>\n
\u2022\tFrom 10am to 4pm, Sept. 21<\/p>\n
W-517 is activated south of latitude 12\u00b0 40\u2019 00″N. W-517 begins south of Guam and extends south-southwest in international waters. W-517 supports surface and aerial gunnery, missiles, and laser exercises. W-517 is contained within the following coordinates: 13\u00b0 10″N\/144\u00b0 30″E, 13\u00b0 10″N\/144\u00b0 42″E, 12\u00b0 50″N\/144\u00b0 45″E, 11\u00b0 00″N\/144\u00b0 45″E, 11\u00b0 00″N\/143\u00b0 00″E, 11\u00b0 45″N\/143\u00b0 00″E, and 12\u00b0 50″N\/144\u00b0 30″E.<\/p>\n
