{"id":308981,"date":"2019-09-30T06:00:05","date_gmt":"2019-09-29T20:00:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=308981"},"modified":"2019-09-30T06:00:05","modified_gmt":"2019-09-29T20:00:05","slug":"man-indicted-for-alleged-docu-fraud","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/man-indicted-for-alleged-docu-fraud\/","title":{"rendered":"Man indicted for alleged docu fraud"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A federal grand jury indicted last Thursday a person for allegedly conspiring with another to illegally produce an identification document. <\/p>\n<p>The indictment charged Youzhe Piao with one count of conspiracy to unlawfully produce an identification document.<\/p>\n<p>Homeland Security Investigation agents served the summons to Piao last Friday to appear in court. His first appearance hearing will be on Oct. 11 at 1:30pm in the U.S. District Court for the NMI.<\/p>\n<p>According to the indictment, Piao committed the offense between May 13, 2017, and May 16, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>The indictment did not specifically mention what kind of identification document was produced.
