Venus)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The Lady Diann Torres Foundation, in partnership with the CNMI Office of the Governor, Office of Grants Management, and the Women\u2019s Affairs Office donated pillows and pillow cases to Commonwealth Health Center\u2019s Dialysis Center yesterday for the use of its patients.<\/p>\n<p>First lady Diann Torres said this was the first time that the team has donated to the Dialysis Center, since donations must follow the Commonwealth Health Care Corp.\u2019s standards and regulations.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have been looking at conducting donations like this, but we must comply with the hospital\u2019s policies,\u201d Torres said.<\/p>\n<p>About 100 pillows and pillow cases were donated to the center.<\/p>\n<p>The donation focused on dialysis patients as they come in for sessions every other day; each patient is required to go through dialysis at least three times a week.
