The Pacific Islands Club will be holding the 2019 Hafa Adai 5K Fun Run this Saturday and interested participants are encouraged to register as soon as possible. <\/p>\n
Registration fee is $10 and free T-shirts will be given to the first 1,000 participants of the race, which was postponed for over a month due to inclement weather. The event was originally set for Aug. 10.<\/p>\n
The race will start and end at PIC Saipan in San Antonio and runners will be heading north along Beach Road with the turnaround point near the Triple J Wholesale. Runners should be prepared to be blasted with different colors at every kilometer of the course. <\/p>\n
Before the race, which will kick off at 7:30am, participants can join a zumba session at 6:30am. Participants can also win over $5,000 worth in prizes. <\/p>\n
Proceeds from the annual event will go to Empty Vessel Ministry for the organization\u2019s community outreach program.<\/p>\n
