IT&amp;E will announce the winner on Oct. 17, 2019 on its Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages.<\/p>\n<p>The winner of the IT&amp;E Song Challenge People\u2019s Choice will win $500 in cash and a $300 gift certificate for musical equipment.
