DPS considers him armed and dangerous.<\/p>\n<p>In a press release yesterday, DPS said there is an active arrest warrant against Cabrera for burglary and theft,\u00a0assault and battery, and assault with a dangerous weapon.<\/p>\n<p>On Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2019, at about 9:32pm, Superior Court Associate Judge Teresa K. Kim-Tenorio signed and authorized the issuance of an arrest warrant for Cabrera for the charges of burglary and theft, assault and battery, and assault with a dangerous weapon, with a cash bail set at $30,000.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_310264\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-310264\" style=\"width: 150px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Michael-Jordan-Palacios-Cabrera.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-310264\" src=\"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Michael-Jordan-Palacios-Cabrera-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-310264\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Michael Jordan Palacios Cabrera<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>DPS warned that anyone who is found aiding Cabrera evade arrest will be charged with accessory after the fact.<\/p>\n<p>If Cabrera is sighted, do not approach as he is considered to be armed and dangerous. If sighted, call 911, the Criminal Investigation Bureau at 664-9042, or, if you wish to remain anonymous, call the CNMI Crime Stoppers Hotline at 234-7272.
