(PR)<\/p>\n<p>Guam to release more tax refunds <\/p>\n<p>HAGATNA, Guam\u2014The Guam Department of Revenue &amp; Taxation will mail this week 562 tax refund checks totaling approximately $1.5 million, including refunds garnished to repay government debts for error-free returns filed on or before April 27, 2019.<br \/>\nFor inquiries, contact the Income Tax Branch of the Department of Revenue &amp; Taxation at 671-635-1840. (PR)<\/p>\n<p>SHRM meeting postponed to Oct. 30<\/p>\n<p>In consideration to most private businesses and the government office closure due to the recent typhoon, the Society for Human Resource Management NMI Chapter is postponing its general membership meeting that was scheduled for today, Oct. 23, to Oct. 30, 2019.
