This year the library will be sponsoring a Halloween contest for \u201cBest Trunk\u201d and \u201cBest Recyclable Book Costume.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>For more information, call the Joeten-Kiyu Public Library at 235-7322\/7323 or email cnmistatelibrary@gmail.com. <\/p>\n<p>The library will be open briefly this Halloween from 10am to noon.<\/p>\n<p>The library&#8217;s parking lot will be closed to the public on Oct. 31, 2019, for the Trunk-Or-Treat Event.
