Premier Hotel Group (Ken Real Estate Leasing Co., Ltd.), owner and operator of 32 hotels in Japan, mainland U.S., and Guam\/Saipan announces the official grand opening of its newest top-class hotel in Guam \u201cThe Tsubaki Tower\u201d on April 25, 2020.<\/p>\n

The resort is now open for reservations for all its 340 rooms, including 62 suites on its official website (URL: https:\/\/tsubakitower.premierhotel-group.com\/guam\/)<\/p>\n

Located on the cliff of Tumon Bay, leading to beautiful Gun Beach, The Tsubaki Tower is one of the highest hotels in Tumon. The resort offers a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean while being at a walking distance of the Tumon city center, where duty-free shops and shopping facilities are located.<\/p>\n

The Tsubaki Tower\u2019s style has been inspired by the power of nature. The hotel’s sophisticated scenery echoes to contemporary luxury along with local landscapes. The hotel has been conceived to reflect Guam\u2019s cosmopolite atmosphere together with its ancestral traditions and history. Influenced by both local art and nature, The Tsubaki Tower offers the absolute high-end environment.<\/p>\n

All hotel rooms offer oceanfront views and are the largest standard rooms in Guam. The standard rooms start at 45 square meters with additional 13 square meters balconies. The resort also features two types of dining, three types of bars, a lobby lounge, a deli, a takeout cafe, as well as services unique in the Island, such as a 24-hour In-room dining with special menus created to be enjoyed on the Guestrooms balconies.<\/p>\n

The standard room type \u201cCamellia Room\u201d measures 45 square meters, making the Tsubaki Tower rooms the largest standard room on Guam. La Cantina

Located on 27th floor, La Cantina is the perfect place to admire the breathtaking views while drinking one of our specialty cocktail and listening to jazz or acoustic music while watching the island\u2019s spectacular sunset.<\/p>\n

Gadao Bar
\nNamed in honor of Guam\u2019s legend \u201cChief Gadao,\u201d a famous chief who protected Guam\u2019s villages, the Gadao bar serves a variety of drinks during the day and turns into a whiskey specialty bar at night. The Gadao is the perfect bar for guests who enjoy an intimate atmosphere or are liquor enthusiasts.<\/p>\n

Nunu Bar
\nNunu tree or \u201cTaotaomo\u2019na tree\u201d in Chamorro, are traditionally known for being the homes of the ancestors spirits of the Chamorro people. Our guests are invited to enjoy Guam under their protection and guidance. The Nunu bar is the most casual bar of the hotel serving cocktails, drinks, smoothies and snacks in a relaxed ambiance.
