We do have construction materials like the tiles that are meant for finishing only and we have full sets of them. We also have bathroom fixtures and toilets for children,\u201d Lam said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have a wide array of paintings and scented candles that can fill your home or office\u2026we have various Christmas decorations currently on our shelves. If you love gardening, we have decorative and clay pots that are reasonable priced from $26 to $39.99 and they come in three sets,\u201d Lam added<\/p>\n<p>According to Lam, his prices are competitive and affordable. \u201cIf people are looking for quality products at affordable prices, Casa D\u00e9cor is here for them\u2026 if one likes the an item in the store, he or she does not have to wait for shipment as we keep a stock of items in the warehouse,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe offer delivery and we may charge a bit for that depending on the item and location\u2026we accept major credit cards except American Express,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>Lam understands that improving or decorating a home is not easy or inexpensive that is why Casa D\u00e9cor offers a layaway program. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is payment in installment basis with no interest where customers will pay only 30% down payment on the item and the balance payment is every two weeks until full payment is done and then they can take home the merchandise,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe partnered with Express Financing where they can do the layaway program with us in behalf of the customer.  We can assist them and the program can go as long as three years,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>Casa D\u00e9cor also has a membership program to loyal customers. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhenever a customer buys any item, one point is earned for every dollar spent. If a customer accumulates 500 points they can come to the store and redeem it with something of equal value,\u201d Lam said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCustomers who spend $2,500 are automatically Gold members and they can avail 5% discount on sale and regular items\u2026 If $5,000 then they become Platinum members where they are entitled to 10% for any item whether on sale or not,\u201d Lam added.<\/p>\n<p>Casa D\u00e9cor is gearing up for Thanksgiving and will run a promo offering 10% discount from Nov. 25 to 30. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur goal is to attract more people to come here so they can see what we have. We have more items arriving on the 21st or 22nd and we hope the  community will look forward to that,\u201d Lam said.<\/p>\n<p>Casa D\u00e9cor is open from Monday to Saturday from  9am  to 6pm and 9am to 1pm on Sundays.
