\u201cThe No.1 issue that we don\u2019t often talk about is the state of mind\u2014women\u2019s mental health. Lots of women face the pressure to move up the ladder quickly, a lot of women face the pressure to get married or have children. All these pressures can collectively damage women\u2019s self-identity, their perception of themselves. Are they good enough? Are they worthy? Mental health is very critical and it is something that we don\u2019t talk about often, but we should.
