Venus)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The CNMI Board of Education inducted its newest, non-voting student representative, Dionne Monique Sakisat Torres of Kagman High School, during the BOE\u2019s monthly meeting last Thursday on Capital Hill. <\/p>\n<p>BOE vice chair Herman Atalig administered the oath for Torres.
