When I first joined, I got tired and decided to quit. But I changed my mind and then went back to soccer. I realized that it could take me to many places and it did. Like Guam, Tinian, China, Manila, Indonesia, and Cambodia. So, playing soccer is a fun sport and I hope a lot of people in Saipan plays.\u201d<br \/>\n\u2014Merrick Toves<br \/>\nMt. Carmel School, 10th grade<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe reasons why I started to play soccer is for life skills that can&#8217;t be gain through daily normal life activities. Example are teamwork, perseverance, confidence, hard work, dedication, and lastly patience. The reason why continuing soccer is important to me is because a lot of people didn&#8217;t think I would be anything. But through soccer I was able to change their opinions on me. I chose soccer because it\u2019s not that tough like other sports. I play soccer also because I want to be a soccer superstar.
