Cancer survivors, caregivers support group meeting today<\/strong>
\nAll people facing cancer, their family members, and caregivers are invited to the Commonwealth Cancer Association monthly support group meeting today, Dec. 5, 2019, starting at 5:30pm at the Hyatt Regency Saipan ballroom. The guest speaker is Lubna Khalid, self-empowerment presenter. (www.lubnareal.com). Her presentation will be on the REAL healing\u2014the holistic way. Military trainings today<\/strong>
\nASAN, Guam<\/strong>\u2014The U.S. Navy will conduct training at the Dandan training site in Inarajan today, Dec. 5, from 11am to 11:55pm.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The U.S. Navy will conduct training at Radio Barrigada today, Dec. 5, from 6pm to 11:55pm. These types of trainings are designed to enhance the readiness of military personnel. Residents in surrounding areas should not be alarmed if they see or hear increased activity associated with the training. Routine helicopter training often accompanied with the use of blanks can occur during these trainings.<\/p>\n

The U.S. Navy will conduct open-ocean exercises today, Dec. 5, from 3pm to 6pm within a 10-nautical-mile radius of the following coordinates: 13\u02da26\u2019\u2019N\/145\u02da08\u2019\u2019E and 13\u02da42\u2019\u2019N\/144\u02da36\u2019\u2019E.\u00a0 All vessels are advised to remain clear of a 3-nautical mile radius of these coordinates.<\/p>\n

The U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard, Japan Air Self-Defense Force, Royal Australian Air Force, and Royal New Zealand Air Force will conduct training for Operation Christmas Drop today and tomorrow, Dec. 5-6, off Orote Point at coordinates 13\u02da25\u2019\u2019N\/148\u02da38\u2019\u2019E. Kagman schools set PTSA meeting<\/strong>
\nThis is to inform all parents, guardians, and the community that the Kagman Unified Schools will be having a Parents Teachers Students Association meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2019, at 5:30pm in the Chacha Ocean View Middle School cafeteria. Free Guam workshops<\/strong>
\nThe Guam Procurement Technical Assistance Center is offering free\u00a0workshops to the public this\u00a0December that will teach participants how to market and sell your products\/services to the federal government.<\/p>\n
