The bill, authored by Rep. Trenton Conner (Ind-Tinian), now goes to the governor for action.<\/p>\n<p>The amendment includes removal of $10,000 originally proposed for payment of a court judgment, and gives the amount instead to the Tinian delegation, chaired by Sen. Frank Borja (Ind-Tinian).<\/p>\n<p>The Tinian delegation gets a total of $15,000 under the amended local bill\u2014$3,000 of which was taken from the Tinian Municipal Scholarship, and $2,000 from Tinian Health Center\u2019s medical referral program.<\/p>\n<p>Of the total $112,000 proposed appropriation, $45,000 is for the monthly subsistence allowance of patients on dialysis, those with cancer, multiple sclerosis, debilitating epilepsy seizure disorder and dermatomytositis, as well as post-cerebral vascular accident patients.<\/p>\n<p>The Tinian Municipal Scholarship gets $35,000, while the Tinian and Aguiguan Legislative Delegation, $15,000.<\/p>\n<p>Tinian Little League gets $10,000, while $5,000 goes to expenses related to the Attorney General\u2019s Cup.
