(Contributed Photo)<br \/>[\/captio<\/p>\n<p>Triple J Saipan, Inc. generously sponsored the venue for an evening of mentorship and delicious food for students from the Million Dollar Scholar program at Kagman High School, Marianas High School, and Saipan Southern High School.<\/p>\n<p>Mentor for a Meal, or M4M, is an ongoing networking program that was initiated by the Marianas Young Professionals, MYPros. It provides high schools students an opportunity to connect with young professionals in the community to seek advice and guidance for the future endeavors such as being college bound or entering the workforce post-graduation.<\/p>\n<p>The 11th\u00a0M4M event was held at Triple J\u2019s Surf Club Saipan in Chalan Kanoa, where students, advisers, and mentors were provided a buffet-style dinner set up by the beach to accompany a night of conversation and insight.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe thank MYPros for their continued contributed efforts in growing our young leaders. They\u2019ve built a bridge for our youth to walk on to higher education and a step toward their desired dreams,\u201d said Triple J Saipan Inc business development manager Perry Inos, Jr.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>MDS juniors and seniors were grouped with a member of the MYPros board of directors: MYPros president Michelle Atalig, Matt Deleon Guerrero, Nicole Babauta, Bobby Cruz, and Monique Boyer Sablan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are grateful to Triple J Saipan, Inc. for making the commitment to invest in our youth through programs like MDS. Without their sponsorship, events like Mentor for a Meal would not be possible,\u201d said Atalig.<\/p>\n<p>Members of the MYPros board presented Triple J Saipan, Inc. with a certificate of appreciation for investing in the Million Dollar Scholar program to support college and career readiness; positive youth development; and for their continued partnership in promoting positive social change in the Marianas.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur goal is to help guide students on a college and career pathway by helping them find success through young professionals\u2019 experiences.
