To do this, I had to learn Korean delicious-style pizza and bring it here. We then fused in local taste and flavor that is why we have ten kinds of pizza flavor or toppings that our customers can choose from,” she added.

Their signature pizza called Beef Bulgogi Pizza is a hit for local customers. It is made of tomato sauce, Korean bulgogi, onions, mushroom, bell pepper, and bulgogi sauce. “A best seller with tourists is the Hawaiian Monster Pizza composed of thousand island sauce, mushroom, ham, capsicum pepper, pineapple, and cheese. This is a traditional pizza dish during the Tinian operations. Another bestseller is the Spicy Chicken Garlic Pizza which has spicy tomato sauce, spicy chicken breast, jalapeno, olives, and fried garlic flakes,” Jo said.

    Monster-pix-2

Monster Pizza Pub owner Suhyun “Grace” Jo said that combining Korean and local flavors makes their pizza and salad unique from others.
