The Guam Procurement Technical Assistance Center is offering free workshops to the public for\u00a0January 2020. Workshops run from\u00a09am to 10am\u00a0at the University of Guam in the\u00a0Jesus and Eugenia Leon Guerrero Business and Public Admin Building,\u00a0Margarita Perez & Jaime Tuquero IT&E Lecture Hall,\u00a0Room 131(unless otherwise specified):
\n-Jan. 16: SBIR\/STTR Programs\u2014The Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer programs encourage small businesses to engage in Federal Research and Development that has the potential for commercialization. We will explain the programs and show how innovators can get involved.
\n-Jan. 23: \u00a0Government of Guam Procurement\u2014The Guam PTAC will explain government of Guam procurement, where to find opportunities, and how to submit bids.
\nJan. 30:\u00a0DLA Internet Bid Board System\u2014The DLA Internet Bid Board System provides the capability to search for, view, and submit secure quotes for DLA supply RFQs, RFPs, and IFBs. The Guam PTAC will guide you through the process of setting up an account and navigating the system.

2020 Red Cross Walkathon on April 25<\/p>\n
The American Red Cross-NMI Chapter\u2019s 2020 Walkathon will take place on April 25, a Saturday. The event will include a 10K walk and lots of fun and games for the entire family.
